Scope of this site

This site is for educational purposes and does not really sell anything. By creating a customer account, you accept the fact that all your purchases on the store will be simulated.

Conditions of use and distribution of shop products.

3d objects provided for download cannot be resold. The original authors and myself, who modified them, have made their creations available on free download platforms in order to provide material for anyone learning to design in 3D. If these items are redistributed on other platforms, they must continue to be redistributed for that purpose and free of charge. The same applies to ebooks that have been made freely available online by their authors or their successors in title. While some classic works have fallen into the public domain, the same is not true for the formatting and publication work carried out. This is why you will have to keep the ebooks as they are if you distribute them (without removing the reference to the platforms that produced them when they are mentioned).

Collection of personal data

By creating an account on this site, you authorize me to collect and store your email address, your name and your first name. Your mailing address may be fanciful since I will never deliver any product to you. However, you will need to enter one in the purchase funnel if you are creating a basket. Ditto for the mobile phone number, enter 0000000000 to validate this field.

You can find all your personal information in the space my account and modify them at leisure in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. Use the link "contact us" by choosing "my account" as subject for all questions on your personal data which will be transmitted to our DPO.

By subscribing to the newsletter, you authorize the st9ph store to subscribe to its mailing list hosted according to the needs of my educational interventions on my MailChimp and/or Infomaniak account.

Collection of behavioral data

Your browsing data is collected and analyzed in order to improve your experience on the St9ph store and offer you products more suited to your wishes. If you do not wish, refuse the collection by clicking on "no thank you" in the consent panel that appears during your first visit.

The message information you entered in Chat is remembered so you can find your past conversations. We also use this information to improve our help tools and provide you with ever more relevant answers. It is the same for the messages that you send us in the link "contact us".

Your reviews are moderated before publication. Any disparagement, defamatory or rude remarks are likely not to be validated. Compliant opinions are published under the product sheet. Only the initial of your name will be displayed next to your first name.

Display of your interactions in class, communication by email or sms

As this shop is intended to serve as a test base for certain manipulations during my training but always under my control, you authorize me to display your account information in front of my students (surname, first name, email, products ordered, comments published, lists of desires ...). It is also possible, even if I will try as much as possible to avoid it, that you sometimes receive test newsletters (even without having subscribed to them) in the rare cases where, always in my presence, my students, to whom I have entrusted the control of certain tools of the store during a demonstration, would have forgotten to filter the list of recipients of a communication. Similarly, if you have communicated your mobile number, you may very rarely receive text messages from the store announcing a promotion or a personalized reduction. IT would only be a miscalibrated test that would have included you, too.

Free store products

This site does not actually sell anything, you are aware that you should never send me money. Some products include an amount in order to allow basket manipulation and reductions. They will be deemed paid each time you validate your orders without you having to do anything else. Choose the "simulated automatic payment" payment so that your order is automatically validated with the "paid" status.

Dematerialized products

You get the download link for the dematerialized products that you order by e-mail. Once downloaded, you can open and work with any 3D creation software supporting the 3mf format. On Windows, 3D Builder is probably already installed on your system. If not, you can download it for free from the Microsoft Store. You must not distribute these products by selling them, even if you have transformed them with your own creations.

Behavior in the shop

I reserve the right to delete any customer account whose author would have a dangerous behavior (orders in untimely quantities, saturation of the after-sales service by multiplying the requests,...). The same will apply to any comment on a product that does not comply with the rules of decorum or is completely unsuitable for an "online shopping game".

More generally, any nickname, comment or inappropriate information (racist, sexist, rude, disturbing, etc.) will be removed from the site as soon as it is brought to my attention and according to the seriousness of the subject. in reality, few means of sanctions apart from the warning by email, the deletion of the account and in the worst case, the banning of the source email which would prevent the unwanted visitor from reconnecting.
